Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed over to our shipping partner. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to multiple international destinations, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed at checkout, it means we are temporarily unable to ship to that location.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. On average, international orders are delivered within 5 to 12 business days after shipment. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to become active after the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status of their shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website include applicable customs duties and import taxes. No additional fees will be required upon delivery. We take care of customs clearance to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are refused upon delivery or not claimed within the carrier’s holding period will be considered final and non-refundable.
