Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality cosmetic products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please carefully read the following Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase, as it explains your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, only products that remain completely unused, unopened, unsealed, and in their original packaging may be returned. Returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition.

Any product that has been opened, used, unsealed, altered, damaged, or shows signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund.


Return Shipping Costs

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are also non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.


Return Authorization Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization, or not in accordance with the provided instructions, may be refused.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To allow us to assess the issue, we require:

  • a clear description of the problem

  • clear photos of the product

  • photos of the external and internal packaging

After verification, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us if a return is required.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be granted in the following cases:

  • products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with

  • orders refused at delivery

  • unclaimed or abandoned packages

  • delays caused by the carrier

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

In these situations, the order will be considered final and non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, it will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.
